Unhappy rain network customer (continuous dropping signal)

My rain network keeps dropping in Sandton. I am told by the call centre to reset my modem or change direction of the modem but nothing changes. I feel rain is more effective in promoting sales rather than providing effective technical support. We have to speak to an online BOT or a call centre based in another country. This means that Rain has no people in SA to provide technical support. all this is outsourced.
