Unhappy Rain Customer

If there was a 0 I would rate this mother tuckers a 0. I've been a loyal rain customer but at this point I am just fed up with their **** service. For 3 consecutive months I paid double the amount of money after having called twice to resolve the issue and every time I am being told we will have to escalate to the claims or whatever department to investigate but you have to pay! Bull **** is that, they just know how to make money. Upon my request to speak to a manager to understand what the heck is going on coz I don't want to hear the same lame bull **** every month, I had to hold for almost 20 min with no response! Rain can go to HELL!
