No thats wrong the R250 was for the 4G service 10 till 6 . i have proof i paid R500 on 2021-11-15

I have a bank statement and proof from your side of the 2021-11-15 that i already mailed to you and you didnt respond.

The R250 was used as credit because i had a 4G deal with you when i went over to 5g you used that 250 for a prorata payment.My 5g was activated on 2021-11-15 and a payment of R500 was made the same day for activation

Please be advised that I am needing this information urgently as you are continuously advising that I am owing you another payment January 2025 but according to my records there is no payment due.

Hi, as per my previous request I asked for a statement from september 2021 to date in order to confirm that all charges from your side is correct as well as payment made by myself were correctly allocated by Rain. Please note that the invoices send to me earlier only show the charges billed and not my payments therefore i urgently request a statement from period mentioned above. I will not be paying any further amounts to Rain if i do not receive the requested statement. I will also not be able to take ur call later if i do not have all the information that I am needing.

If u dont have records from September 2021 then send a full statement from October 2021. Please note this back and forth is really time consuming and i do not understand what the reason is for you not providing me with the statement
