Unhappy Rain Client

I app**** for Rain Wifi for streaming purposes in Aug 2023. From day 1, I have been battling with slow internet connection. I have called countless times and spoke to different technicians who tried different towers. Still no joy. I then send email in Nov 2023 to terminate the service as I don't see the point of continuing with Rain.To my dismay, R559 was deducted from my account for a service I terminated. I want refund.
