Unhappy. Poor customer Service

I have had NO internet connection since last week of July. I connected and suggested a sim swap which took time to arrive. Once sim has received same thing no connection. A call was logged to IT/Voice /back end department whatever they call because the name kept changing with each consultant I spoke too. There is no time frame on when it will be sorted theay said.

Mind you it's now been 2 weeks without connection (unlimited ) I work from home had to buy data, TV not working and everything else that relying no data usage.

I call again different consultant explain the situation, he tries to do the same trouble shooting tell him I have done all that still no connection.

Same thing I will log call, I ask what happened to my last call because I never got a response? Answer sorry for the inconvenience I will escalate it; till today no response 3 weeks later.

Eventually had to make other means because I couldn't keep buying data in the meantime I had paid them in full. So I cancel my subscription and get new network provider great life moves on and still no word from Rain.

Now month end my account is being debited Rain! I call they say the bill in arrears and now in August am paying for July. My last pay will be September where I pay for August. 😲 how because I didn't use the product in August it's seating there not working and I have been contacting you and your escalation never get responded too.

I ask the agent can I at least pay for a working product? Why was the escalation not been responded to, no answer. Her response I will send apn settings for the router and call you later to check if it is working, guess what they never called.

So now am seating here paying for something that is not working and with no help at all useless Rain 😒
