Unhappy

I cant believe the hell, i am using their simcard for the second month, i chosed the plan for 250.00, all of the sudden the bill was 700.00 last month, when i call them they told me i must go to dashboard and set the plan, why are doing all those things every month, the service its horrible, i'm thinking of using my vodacom, coz if u take contract for R600 the bill wont change for R1000.00
