Unhappy excustomer

I had no service from the get go with 5G. The time it took them to tend to my ticket made it go over the 7days to get my money back. Not only had I requested to cancel within 7 days but then after cancellation they still charged me for another month. I've never even recieved a single cent back. It's R1000 they owe me. Ticket numbers ***4, ***9, ***9, ***5. It's been over a year now and they don't respond to emails anymore
