Unhappy Customer! Service Failure from Rain

I'm very disappointed with the service I have received (or not received) from Rain. I ordered a 5G package on the 28th September. I was advised that the delivery would take 3 to 5 business days. However, till today, no one contacted me to advise me on the status of my delivery nor did their courier contact me. I had to call their call center to find out what was happening, to which I was advised that an escalation would be sent and I would have to wait another 3 to 5 business days. That is absolutely ridiculous. It would amount to almost 2 weeks. I even asked if the order cannot be cancelled and a new one placed and the consultant said no. I am NOT happy, being a first time customer. I feel like cancelling this order completely and rather taking up a package with another service provider.
