Unhappy Customer of Rain Wifi

I am not having a great experience with Rain unfortunately.

Since we have received Rain Wifi we have struggled constantly. The first day says plug in and you will have instant wifi, I struggled for 2 housr and after more than a month one extender just will not connect to the modem. We are supposed to be getting 100mb/s however, on the modem it always shows less. At least once a day everything stops working and says that our wifi is only operating at 2mb/s. I unfortunately paid for this month but when this month is through I will be cancelling.

I am extremely disappointed as I heard only good things before I signed up but my experience has not been good in any way. #asadanddissapointedcustomer
