Unhappy customer

Im not okay with the service from rain the sales agent told me if mu debit doesnt not go off my services will not be cut.. I stated that I wanted my debit to go off on the 1st of every month and he put it for the 25th my services are cut for the next few days all the other months my services were active till the 28th and this month to my surprise when i woke up this morning my services were cut what do i do in this situation.
