Unhappy customer

On the 15th of September 2022 R1890. 72 was deducted from my account by Rain of which I don't know why I called to ask I was taken from one consultanted to another till date they been promising I will be refunded nothing has been done they said I will be credited for the next 4 months with who's permission it's ***** because they took my money without my permission I'm so disappointed want to cencel my account with them.
