unhappy customer,
I have a deal with rain for R250 it came to my surprise this morning when i check my invoice then it says i owe them R500 , my internet is from 11pm till 6pm.
well according to the consultant she said i have added 5 gig, I have ner done that who authorised for extra 5 Gig?
I will like them to sort out my invoice so that i can make my payment and carry on, firstly i wont even take a contract for R500 I will be wasting money since their internet is very slow , I have never even received a notification or sms for any extention ,

02 Aug 2021, 10:22I have never done that and again a point of choosing that and not taking the package for R500..when my contract start i paid R250 without any extras, I will like to carry on with R250 pm or cancel your service I will look for a better service, I HAVE NEVER AUTHORISED FOR EXTRA INTERNET.....agreement was R250 thats what I can afford.
