Unhappy customer

I've been having issues with Rain for some time..they do not call be back and I was promised that I will be contacted..I paid my rain account last month and no network.i was told I will be getting help but nothing..I did not pay rain this month as did not receive any wifi connection last month and was promised i would be contacted..I went on the rain app and it shows that I owe an outstanding balance of R1400 including payments for November..I am so red right now I could spot fired and I was told my account was up to date fro october.im not paying a cent for services I did not get.i want to cancel my rain package please.and the call centres do not pick up it's an answering machine telling me I'm in debt.i dnt have a reference number.please call me to cancel my package thx.
