unhappy customer

I need to understand as to why do you make us pay upfront and delay to sent the simcard is it because you have received my money and u just don't care if i receive the simcard after a month or so, you keep saying i will receive an sms from ram till today i have not receive the sms and i dont even know where i stand right now. so you might as pay back my money as i'm not receiving any service from you people.
