Guys don't ever ever ever ever ever in your life try to go to Rain ISP, just look for another service provider because they're only there just to take your money. when you've got problems with their internet they are not there to assist, however I was having a problem with their internet for some months and when I I called them they always tell me that and agent will call me I waited for months and months and but no one called me, every time I have to call them but no one is even there to assist me. I then even look for another service provider after that I call them tell them that I want I want to cancel the subscription, everything was fine but at the end of the month they charge me for no reason and then they cut the internet. why I'm charged because I'm no longer using your internet, now I'm trying to get my refund, when I call them they always say a agent will call me but no one is calling me every day I have to call and fight for my refund, at the beginning they told me this is not a contract and I can cancel at any time.
