Unhappy customer

My experience with rain is not good, I bought the subscription last month everything went well last month because it was my first time with them. Boom this month I paid my subscription but no data ,sms and voice where located in my simcards when I try reaching out to them they promised to look into the matter but they haven't come back to me. When this continues to happen I will terminate the contract with them I'm not an understanding person because I paid they should do the right thing.
