Unhappy customer

Last month which was December my fiancee app**** for WI Fi they delivered on the 15 December 2022, we paid R39 owk cool this month it's supposed to be out first payment of R529 they're billing us R1429 they should fix it or come collect their rooter finish and klaar. What sort of ******* is this.... ********
