Unhappy customer

This has been a whost experience ever after struggling for 3 month with the indoor router Rain send our a service provider to install an out door router which I'm great full of but little did I know that they will block my sim card and want me to start the application over again with an indoor router which in record there is proof that I struggled with the network for a whole 3 month and when you call you just get arrogant and uninformed consultants
