Unhappy customer

My acc was disconnected. My payment date is the 25th but did eventually pay on the 29 am still disconnected even today. I contacted rain last week was promised that my issue will be sorted within 24 hours it was escalated to billing. Then I was connected for 1 day then off again. Can I please be assisted when you contact call centre then will tell you your issue had been escalated nothing has been done till now
