Unhappy Customer
It’s been close to a month now since I ordered a simcard from rain and it hasn’t been delivered to me. I’ve been trying to communicate with them and I’ve been getting nothing but excuses from them. Worst part they don’t even want to refund me my money back. I don’t even know what to do anymore. Whoever is thinking of getting something from RAIN, don’t even bother!
