unhappy customer

I have been with Rain internet service for a long time now , I have tried to call them to discuss my account with them and till today no one has called me back . instead I get them calling telling me my account is in arrears which its not. I am not happy with it , there is no way to contact them as the no they have on google tells you your account is in arrears you need to first pay that before you can be assisted.

I had this problem before but i did get someone that was listing to me and they sorted the misunderstanding out, it does not seem like they have.

When you do get through its a foreigner and they firstly don't understand English and they also tell you to just pay as you used the service, That's just it I have not
