Unhappy customer

Rain takes forever to make deliveries. I placed my order on the 27th of May and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried sending emails but they don’t care about. I even tried calling but their support team doesn’t even answer. I even suggested they send my money back or change of address but still they don’t even answer my emails.
