Unhappy customer

Customer service does not exist at Rain. I have logging requests online for days and to date no one has bothered to get back to me. My signal is good but there's no connection. I have moved around everywhere and still no connection. Now I can't log into my account and there's no contact center to help. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME or CANCEL IT. I have never dealt with such POOR service from a provider ever.
