UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

This is the worst service provider in South Africa. They promise so much in the beginning. And if you take any package from them, they will be outstanding for 2 or 3 months then EVERYTHING goes pear shaped! No connectivity, at any time of the day or night. Slow connectivity when you do eventually get any signal and if you cancel your service, you need to change your bank account to stop payments for their USELESS SERVICE! I am terribly unhappy with this company, you can never get in touch with them as nobody answers the phone, and when they do answer, they give you a complete run around saying that everything is working fine! DO NOT CONNECT WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY. THEY ONLY ***** YOUR MONEY!!!! THEY NEVER LOOK OUT FOR THE PAYING SUCKERS THAT ACTUALLY DO NEED THE WIFI, BUT RATHER ***** YOUR MONEY
