unhappy customer

I have purchased a rain sim card.... I have paid for the months data ... While RICAing the sim card it always gets stuck at the face recognation section as it says please wait. I have sent the support team 2 emails with no response i am very unhappy.. I have paid for a service which i am not using.... TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE I would like you to contact me on *** or *** failing to do so i would like a full refund (sim card included)
