Unhappy customer.
My router has been switching on and off for the past 2 months. It's more off than on and when it is on, the signal is very weak. I've been trying to contact rain for the past 2 months but they stay busy, I've been requesting call backs but haven't received any. This is seriously frustrating and annoying.
