Unhappy customer

I’m a disgruntled RAIN customer. I tried to remove the additional 1GB that rain offers and I couldn’t for whatever reason and I’ve been trying for the past few months. More to that is you have the worst network lately, I can go on the whole day with no network. In all honesty I wouldn’t recommend RAIN to anyone. It’s just nonsense along with its fluctuating charges.
