UNHAPPY CLIENY WIR RSIN 5G

I feel bad even giving them one star but unfortunately I can't carry on if I don't choose one

I have never dealt with a company which is run by a circus. Rain is a month to month agreement. First of all we have 3 towers which we can get signal from but guess what we hardly ever had signal because the towers were always down.

We cancelled our outside router on the 21st December via phone and email after being without signal for a couple of days by then. We had more days without Internet than days with Internet. But the best part is you have to pay for this horrific service. 😢

Well on a daily basis I contact them via phone and email to remind them that they need to send a technician to come remove the outside router which is on the highest point of our house. They keep on sending RAM the Courier people to collect the router which is still on the roof. Neither myself or my 80 year husband can remove the router only their technician. A technician did phone me on the 12th January to give me this wonderful news that he will be seeing me the next day the 13th. Guess what NO TECHNICIAN pitched.

I have been phoning and emailing since the 14 January and evertyime I phone he same numbere *** another voice answers with same little sing a long **** saying that unfortunately the technician is not in my area that day.

They deducted their monthly subscription fee and were suppose to refund me pro-rata as per Celestia. Well that is the least of my problem. I NEED RAIN TO COME AND REMOVE THEIR 5G ROUTER. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIOFAL SERVICE. I THINK THEY CAN'T READ 😕 WILL BRAILLE HELP ????? IS THERE A BRAILLE KEYBOARD JUST FOR INTEREST SAKE
