Unhappy client- Rain poor customer service

I called Rain after realising that even after a payment was made I cannot access the inter the following day. All what the agent said was,” most people are experiencing that , we are working on it”. I asked her to at least give me a turn around time , I can’t buy more data from other days for many days after paying R499. She told me she can’t tell me when exactly my issue will be resolved.🙄
