Unhappy Client

I regret ever dealing with Rain. I bought their router in June, and they immediately deducted R650 from my account – but the router never worked. In July, they deducted another R650 even though I couldn’t use the service. By August, yet again they took another R650. Mid-August they finally came to take back their router and promised they would refund me. Up to this day, I am still waiting for my money.

This company is a complete ****. They happily take your money without providing any service, and when they promise refunds, they don’t deliver. Their customer service is useless and unreliable. Be very careful – Rain is not to be trusted.
