Unhappy client

The service at rain is very poor, I made an early payment in December and I submitted a ticket whereby I explain that I made an early payment and that I'm afraid they might cut me off come month end, they never phoned me back and now I am without internet as I was struggling to get hold of them whole day. When I eventually make a break through the lady from "support" tells me that she cannot help me and that I should wait until tomorrow. How am I supposed to suffer when the problem wasn't even my fault to begin with. The service at rain is just extremely poor man
