Unhappy client

I still didnt get response from Rain they ddnt reverse my money back.since they said they will investigate and get back to me which they didnt i tried calling them back and the agent put me on hold for 7 minutes until i dropped cause i was using my airtime still today no one got back to me.this ******** doesnt want to pay pack money
