Unhappy client

I am so disappointed with Rain service, I had a 479 Sim with them then took another 299 one, I have been deducted multiple times a month and every time I call I am being told that they only see one deduction of 778, I hv emailed proof from my bank multiple times that there is indeed another deduction from Rain but it seem my complaints are falling on deaf ears. I have never even been called back. No replies to emails this is my second review and still nothing is being done. I had no issues with the first Sim. The service is pathetic.
