Unhappy 🙁 ☹️

I keep on logging calls to cancel and get link to pay then manually. But they can call you and tell you your account is overdue. It would help if the support is the same as the sales department, but the support and aftersales is very unhelpful. I will definitely not recommend Rain to anybody, unless you have patience and can pay for something you can't use. I could use the sim cards, nobody could get hold of me and I could one call certain numbers. I had to change all the settings on my phone just to be able to make and receive calls. Very inconvenient
