Unhappy and frustrated client

Rain is the worst internet service provider, it's been weeks since I last had any internet connection, I have called them numerous time and you hold forever till you get answered then when you do all they say is to setup your APN which doesn't help, even received a new Sim swap hoping that would work but nothing. It's frustrating to have to pay every month and also have to by extra data from another network provider because Rain is not reliable. I'm still waiting to be contacted back since the consultant said my matter is escalated.
