Unhappy and ****ed client

In October I didn't have internet for almost 2 days when I called they said they're towers were done and working on them was promised a credit for all those hours and it will reflect on my December statement to my suprise it didn't reflect when I send messages normally the respond immediately but now I was given 3 references of which were not attended to ref***,ref*** and ref***
