Unhappy

Actually how long does it take for payment to reflect. I have been paying at shoprite since last year August when I joined rain. But now all of the sudden it doesn't reflect, I paid on the 1st of May but even today my router is not working, I'm getting messages everyday that I haven't paid. This issue only started from April and all this time I never had any issues with payment. I have emailed my proof of payment but I'm not getting any response
