Unhappy

I'm very disappointed in this service provider and the lack of help I have received. In July I was debited twice and when I inquired I received different stories about what transpired and was advised the funds will be credited into my account for the following month. Needless to say the following month they still deducted and are continuing to deduct, every time I follow up I'm told someone will call me and few days I receive an email about not being able to get hold of me. I'm definitely going to cancel it.
