Unfairly billed
I recently upgraded my Rain 4g to Rain 101 5g and I requested to cancel the previous plan,called several times requesting the cancellation, they told me that it was canceled until they debited R1300 from account when I called to query it ,no answer ,the next month the debited R1190 ,called with no answer, I decided to go on the app only to find out that the Sim 4g was not cancelled,the sim that was not in use,I cancelled it from their online ,now my other connection is affected ,it's cut off I have been holding for 2 hours with no answer.I want my refund.worst service ever

01 Feb 2025, 14:55I cancelled the Sim 4g in January ,i requested this to be cancelled and it was cancelled,I called your call centre,your wrongly cancelled the the rain 101 5g instead of the one sim 4g,that sim is not in used,Im sitting now without any connectivity. Your staff are *********** I have been calling to get that sim cancelled as soon as I got the rain101 ,when I did it by myself, you wrongly cancel what I did not ask you to cancel. I'm sitting with new router without connection right now

I requested for this IMEI: *** to be cancelled, surprisingly this sim card is the one active,why is still active ,I do not have this sim anymore as it was not longer in use ,YOU WENT AND CANCELLED IMEI : *** WHICH IS THE NEW ROUTER .
