Unfair treatment from Rain

I'm a customer of rain data network. On November 2023 I was rewarded with free mobile simcard. I decided to claim it and I requested for call. Indeed the agent called me. I was advised that the is promotion for 5g Simcard. Of which it'll cost me R1 and if I'm not help with it I can cancel any time. I took the deal and I was not happy. I canceled it within 7 days. But in my surprise they did not cancel it. When I do follow up they ask for proof of cancelation. I did provide it but still they give didn't cancel it.on December an manager called me and we've reached an conclusion. I was happy with the offer. I did pay the deferent. Knowing that this month it'll be canceled. But now on January is back square one. The is no cancelation and I've to pay the bill. Due to the empty promises I got from them , I've decided to asked for calls records but they failing to give me. I was humiliated and ****med.
