Unfair treatment
I was using wifi 4G, then I lost sim card. I reported to rain to cancel that sim card and I then upgraded to 5G, they delivered the 5G sim card. Surprisingly month end I received a bill of 4G and 5G. Meaning they didn't cancel the 4G sim that is missing. It's not fair to pay something that you don't have.
