Unfair treatment by rain

Rain has been victimising me about account that I have canceled on time based on their requirements. They failed to update their system now they want me pay for service that I did not use as they left their system to accumulate wrongly. I have been contacting them monthly and advised that their team is working on it but now I feel abused by their system.
