Unfair service and poor customer service

My sister is having a problem with Rain wifi service her is Beauty Ncube using 1 of their routers now they kept on charging her without giving the full service when she reports she talks to a robot which doesn't provide full details, kindly assist us in fixing the matter and please let them know what their doing is unfair and daylight *******.
