Unfair Listing on ITC

After I canceled Rain, they arrived to pick up the gadget, and to my amazement, they deliberately put me on ITC. I spoke with one of their collections agents and told them to look into it after I terminated the network, but they never responded until I recently found out that I was listed.

Hi Rain

I was told that i will get feedback within a week and now were in the second midweek and still no feedback. You guys are really annoying and the fact that i have to do a follow up is really annoying. I want this matter sorted ASAP as i had it with you now!!!!
