unfair Disconnection
Payment day for my subsvription is only today, my salary only lands in my bank tonight, yet my internet has bern disconnected. What is your problem. Every 2nd or 3rd month there is a a problem in the rain accounting department. I want my connection to be restoted immediatly. The 25th not even yet finished.

25 Aug 2025, 19:35This is redicilous, payment date is 25th, the 25th is not over yet. I will source for another provider who doesn't take advantage of customers like this. I always pay the evening of the 25th or morning of 26, now suddenly if payment isn't there at early morning hours you disconnect. It is really not a nice way to treat your customers.
