Unfair disconnection

Rain rain October I paid on the 26th after that I was disconnected for non payment. I paid again on 26th Nov now I'm disconnected for non payment. I started using rain in 2020 I have never missed a payment, but since last month I kept being disconnected. Your acc department must do their job properly. The worst part is when you call the customer service number it gets rejected, no response on emails.
