Unfair charges / Ignored emails.
I was charged today by Rain for services that I cancelled last month and paid for last month! THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! The sim in deactivated since 1 March. My last payment was end of Feb as per their request. WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME AGAIN?

How the heck can you charge me TWICE if I am not even using your ****** services?? Julle is *****. I am gonna post about you guys all over social media! EVERY SINGLE TIME you guys do this.
