Unfair charges

I am trying to cancel this stupid thing and they are charging me for that They say I have to pay the normal amount that I normally pay now my question is where is it going to be loaded as they have to collect the rooter and the sim.When I was taking this I had to pay for it now I am really confused. By the way their network is very bad and when one tries to call in for assistance they can’t even assist
