Unfair charges 60

I have been using Rain 5G 101 for the past 8 months having network problems, and last month they send me a promotion of Loop and I got myself Loop because of the advantages of even during Loadshedding I have coverage of Network, so I cancelled Rain 101 but now to my surprise this month when I try to pay I found out that they didn't cancel 101 and want me to pay double,I complained to them about that and they act as if I never cancel 101,but when I tell them that I still have the conversations I have with their consultant they said they will update and send me the right prize of 675 we agreed on,but nothing is being done, I just want them to rectify this so that I pay for Loop i want to use.
