Unfair

So we cancelled our rain the 14th of December as we moved to welkom and you did not have covarage.

We have not been on rain since 11 December as we moved the 10th December.

You guys did not took any money on January, February or March as we do not use to moden.

Then in April you took a whole R1788. On the rain app it showes that we are outstanding R999 for September but in our bank account it showed that you guys did decuct the money in September.

It is a month to month contact so if we do not pay a month we can not use the internet. But we paid every month since we were with you guys.

Now you guys said that November 2021 payment was for October 2021? Then how did we have internet in November if we paid for October. This is month to month. If a payment is not made you put the internet off.. each time you guys has a different response as to why you deducted so much money if we were up to date with payments.

No one gets back to us at all.
